INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Average portion is 50 g.
BEFORE COOKING:
It may be used as a marinade or a wet rub.
DURING COOKING:
It may be used as a Stir-fry sauce in a wok, or as a cooking sauce in a frying pan (no need to add fat).
AFTER COOKING:
It may be used as a dip, as a table sauce or as an ingredient for a salad dressing.

NOODLES IN A WOK:
just pre-cook noodles in water, then finish in a wok together with the sauce. Add any other ingredient if you wish.
SPICY STIR-FRY OF CHICKEN OR VEGETABLES (YOU CAN ADD SOY OR OYSTER SAUCE):
dip the meat chunks in the sauce, mix well to be sure every part is coated, then pour altogether meta and sauces in the wok.
FRY CHICKEN IN A FRYING PAN:
Using the sauce as a cooking sauce, without any added fat.
MARINATE CHICKEN WINGS BEFORE GOING TO THE GRILL:
Coat wings with the sauce, lay them in a plastic box, close the lid and let in the fridge for a few hours before grill.
ADD ON THE TOP OF A VEGGIE BURGER OR ANY SANDWICHES:
in this case, just use as a cold sauce.
USE AS A DIP FOR TACOS and spring rolls.
