INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Average portion is 50 g.
BEFORE COOKING:
It may be used as a marinade or a wet rub.
DURING COOKING:
It may be used as a Stir-fry sauce in a wok, or as a glaze to baste chicken/pork on the grill, it gives some shine. It can be used as a cooking sauce to cook poultry breast in a frying pan, medium heat.
AFTER COOKING:
It may be used as a dip, as a table sauce or as an ingredient for a salad dressing.

MARINADE FOR GRILLED FISH OR CHICKEN:
Coat the pieces with the product, lay in a plastic box, close the lid and let in the fridge for a few hours before grilling.
STIR-FRY OF CHICKEN CUBES, PASTA, VEGETABLES:
Dip the pieces in the sauce before cooking, or use as a cooking sauce in the frying pan.
GLAZE FOR GRILLED PORK CHOPS (PREVIOUSLY MARINATED WITH MEDIUM MARINADE IS THE MOST):
Baste Mango with a brush at the end of the cooking, when still on the grill.
DIP FOR GRILLED SHRIMPS, TEX-MEX CHIPS:
Just use as a dip, a cold sauce
SAUCES FOR TACOS FILLING:
Add on the pancake before the filling, or on top of the food.
